Your question notes

Make space for your questions.

Choose the questions that matter to your decision. Add your own wording so the conversation starts with your concern.

Start with the question still open.

  • What do you think is causing my problem?

  • What human study supports the benefit you expect for my concern?

  • What other options could we consider before choosing a treatment?

  • Which clinician would assess my concern, and where can I check their licence?

  • What does the whole plan cost, and how do I end a recurring charge?

  • What would make us change the plan at a later review?

Keep a question list.

Use this space for questions, rather than private medical details. A browser is an app for opening websites. Saving keeps the text in that app on this device. Closing this page does not erase saved notes. Anyone using the same browser on this device could read them.

Choose Clear saved notes to remove them. These controls do not send your notes to this site. A downloaded copy is a separate file; clearing saved notes does not delete that file.

If the saving buttons are missing, copy your questions into your own notes. You can still write in the space above.

Ask for an answer you can repeat.

Before the conversation ends, try explaining the plan using your own words. Ask the clinician to fill in any gap you notice.
